The hamlet of
Prinsted includes a number of period and character properties.
It is very tranquil, unspoilt and photogenic throughout all seasons of
the year.
This
18th
century
cottage has
many original features including thatched roof, exposed beams and wattle and
daub walls. However,
it also
has
the benefit of modern
conveniences including full central heating.
The cottage has been completely redecorated and re-furnished throughout.
The cottage sleeps four in two
bedrooms. The accommodation
comprises; on the ground floor, a lounge with feature brick fireplace and
cottage style furniture, kitchen-dining room,
shower
room with WC and a cloakroom. On the
first floor there is a main bedroom with double iron bedstead and a second
bedroom with pine twin 2’6” beds.
Equipment includes
colour TV (with Freeview box), DVD player, CD/tape/radio player, fitted kitchen with
microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and electric cooker.
There
is also a hairdryer in the bedroom.

At the rear of the property there is
a part walled sun-trap courtyard garden offering a high degree
of privacy.
Visitors are able to walk within a
few minutes to the foreshore. Here
one can linger and admire views of the harbour and observe
the varied wildlife or for the more energetic, walk around Thorney Island to
Emsworth or around the
Chidham peninsular to Bosham. Not
far away to the north are the South Downs, soon to become a National Park.
Artists love to come here to paint.
